Suporte Técnico
Suporte técnico are responsible for
maintaining relationships and satisfaction levels with
current customers, while also building relationships
with new customers. The account manager, along with the
Senior Account Executive, is responsible for developing
sales strategies to increase opportunities within
specific vertical territories. A bachelor degree,
familiarity with Internet related software and at least
2 years of B2B software sales experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILIDADEES:
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries, phone and email.
- Outbound telemarketing to established customers.
- Strategize with outside sales team to increase revenue for established accounts.
- Smoothly transition new customers to post-sales support teams.
- Special sales/marketing projects when requested.
CONHECIMENTOS:
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and technical skills.
- Solution-oriented sales approach.
- Strong prospecting skills.
- Desire to work in very fast paced environment.
